Common questions
What does this field service demo show?
You walk through intake on a service request, conversion to a field service job, scheduling a visit, dispatch on the planner, and completing work on the technician PWA with tasks, parts, and time captured.
Do I need a NexWave login?
No. The walkthrough runs entirely in your browser on sample data for a breakdown call at a coffee distributor. Book a demo when you want to model your own technicians, skills, and van stock.
How does field service connect to stock and billing?
Field visits link to jobs, parts draw from van or warehouse stock, time entries feed job costing, and completed work can flow to sales invoicing on the same platform as CRM and accounting.
