Enter package dimensions and packed weights on a saved order. Compare available services and estimated customer charges, then copy a charge for use elsewhere.

Set up your GoSweetSpot account once, then use your normal sales order process.

Connect your account
Your administrator installs the connector, configures your GoSweetSpot account for the company, and tests the connection before enabling exports.

Submit your sales order
Check the delivery address and submit the order. NexWave exports it in the background and shows the export status on the sales order.

Despatch and check tracking
Create the shipment in GoSweetSpot. NexWave checks for tracking every ten minutes while scheduled tasks are running, or your team can request a refresh.

Common questions
How does GoSweetSpot integrate with NexWave?
Once the connection is enabled for a company, newly submitted NexWave sales orders are sent to the GoSweetSpot order queue with their delivery address, products, quantities and delivery instructions. NexWave retrieves tracking links after shipments are created in GoSweetSpot.
Can I check shipping charges before despatch?
Yes. On a saved draft or submitted sales order, enter package dimensions and packed weights to check available shipping services and estimated customer charges. You can copy a charge for use elsewhere. The enquiry does not book a shipment or change the order total.
Where do I book shipments and print labels?
Select couriers, pack orders, print labels and book collections in GoSweetSpot. Keep sales orders, delivery notes and invoices in NexWave. Later order changes and cancellations are not sent to GoSweetSpot.
